The room does not have an ensuite, but you would have your own bathroom. I am a female academic who commutes regularly to Sydney for work at UTS, and the renter would need to look after my small dogs and bird while I am away. The rent is $125 per week, which includes all utilities and unlimited broadband, and reflects the periodic pet sitting responsibilities. You must have a genuine affection for animals.
