Leading up to your ceremony, enjoy coffee with family and friends or indulge yourself with our fresh daily prepared biscuits, cakes and slices, made especially for you by our chefs.

Entree:

  • Crispy Pork Belly with chili, mint, coriander, asian herb salad, honey lime and citrus dressing.
  • Seared Sea Scallop with cauliflower puree, date walnut relish, parmesan chip
  • Samphire and Persian feta tartlet with snow pea tendril salad

Main:

  • Lamb Wellington garlic chive sweet potato mash, steamed brocolini rich pan jus
  • Seared Barramundi forage mushroom risotto King Island double cream basil oil
  • Purple Congo Gnocchi with pan fried peas sage eschallot finished with wild rocket and parmesan

Dessert:

  • Gin & Tonic Tart lemon sorbet minted sugar candied orange
  • Caramel Fudge Cake, raspberry mousse, pistachio custard
  • Hazelnut Chocolate Meringue chocolate floss, minestrone of fruit

Cancellations must be made by written notice one week prior to the booking, otherwise only 50% of the amount is refundable.
